The cook box and shroud of Weber Genesis E-310 is of cast aluminum, and its shape with shroud let the right circulation of the heat for proper cooking of food. This cook box and shroud boast of four components in the cooking system i.e. cooking grates, burner tubes, flavorizer bars and the grease management system.

1 – Cooking Grates

They are excellent in making sear marks, easily cleaned up and hold heat properly. Durability is never a question as the three burners are of high quality stainless steel. It is also situated away from the burner to avoid the collected grease catching fire. The grease that channeled down here can be easily removed by removing the tray and catch pan and cleaning them.
